Full job description

Hey there, future team member!

We are a brand-new, locally owned private practice in Wicker Park, built on the belief that dentistry should be personal, compassionate, and never rushed. We’re looking for a friendly, dependable, and passionate Dental Assistant to help us build something special from the ground up.

Why You’ll Love Working With Us:

? No corporate nonsense! – We focus on quality care, not quotas (because that’s how dentistry should be).

? Great vibes, great people – We work hard, laugh often, and support each other.

? Tech-savvy dentistry – We use CBCT, digital X-rays, intraoral scanning, and Dentrix Ascend (but don’t worry, we still take some old-school impressions too—because, you know, dentistry).

? We actually care about your growth – Training, skill-building, and continuing education? Yes, please!

? Competitive pay, PTO, and a positive work environment – Because happy teams create happy patients!

What You’ll Be Doing (Other Than Being Amazing):

  • Assisting chairside for restorative, surgical, and implant dentistry – and making patients feel like VIPs.
  • Taking digital X-rays, CBCT scans, and impressions (yes, both digital and traditional—sometimes the classics stick around!).
  • Making temporary crowns so nice, patients might not want to give them back.
  • Packing retraction cord like a champ.
  • Bonding Invisalign attachments (bonus points if you make it look easy).
  • Setting up for implant surgeries and keeping things smooth, sterile, and stress-free.
  • Keeping our sterilization and OSHA protocols on point—because safety is cool.
  • Helping out at the front desk when needed—because we all pitch in.
  • Most importantly, bringing your energy, kindness, and team spirit every single day!

Who We’re Looking For:

? A Certified Dental Assistant (or equivalent experience).

? Experience with surgical procedures, implants, and CBCT is a plus (but we’ll train you if needed!).

? A reliable, adaptable team player who takes initiative and isn’t afraid to have fun at work.

? Someone who genuinely cares about patients and teammates (because we do too!).

? Multilingual? Even better! (Spanish, Polish, etc., are a huge plus!)

We can’t wait to meet you—come shine with us! ?
