Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized, skilled, dedicated and motivated Dental Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dental practice. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of healthcare management, ensuring that our office runs smoothly and efficiently. We're looking for someone who thrives in a small, team-oriented environment and is passionate about providing excellent patient care while managing the business side of our practice. You will work closely with our team to ensure efficient office operations, maintain a positive patient experience, and contribute to the growth of our practice.
Responsibilities:
- Patient Care and Communication: Ensure that every patient interaction reflects our core value of care and respect, handling patient inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
- Office Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of the dental office, ensuring the practice runs efficiently and smoothly.
- Scheduling: Manage the office schedule to maximize patient flow, minimize gaps, and ensure optimal use of time for both providers and patients.
- Insurance and Billing: Handle insurance verifications, claims processing, and patient billing. Ensure accuracy in all transactions, manage Accounts Receivable (A/R), and resolve any billing issues.
- Employee Management: Supervise office staff, including scheduling, performance reviews, training, and fostering a positive, team-oriented culture.
- Financial Oversight: Oversee patient financial accounts, manage payment plans, and assist patients with financial questions or concerns.
- System Implementation: Help create and implement systems for efficiency in all areas of the office, from patient intake to follow-up care.
- Conflict Resolution: Address any office conflicts or patient concerns in a professional and compassionate manner, ensuring resolutions align with our core values.
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Dental Office Manager or in a similar managerial role within a dental practice.
- Strong understanding of dental office operations, including scheduling, insurance, billing, A/R, and financial management.
- Excellent communication skills, both with staff and patients. Ability to handle patient and employee concerns with patience and professionalism.
- Strong leadership abilities, including conflict resolution and team management.
- Proficient in dental office management software, we are using Open Dental
- Passion for providing high-quality patient care and supporting a team-driven environment.
Compensation:
Pay is based on experience.

Office Hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM
- Lunch Break: 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM
