Family oriented friendly private office. No Medicaid.
Duties:
- Perform dental cleanings, including scaling, polishing, and fluoride treatments
- Take and develop dental x-rays
- Conduct oral cancer screenings
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and provide personalized dental care instructions
- Assist the dentist during procedures by handing them instruments and materials
- Maintain accurate patient records using Eaglesoft, Dentrix, or other dental practice management systems
- Follow infection control protocols and maintain a clean and sterile work environment
Qualifications:
- Valid state dental hygiene license
- Graduation from an accredited dental hygiene program
- Proficiency in using dental practice management systems
- Knowledge of medical coding systems for billing purposes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and dental team members
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate patient records

Pay: $50.00 - $65.00 per hour
