We are looking for an enthusiastic Office Manager to join a rapidly growing multi-specialty private dental group. We are offering a great full-time opportunity for the right Office Manager that is effusive, has great communication skills, and has strong leadership. The job would entail overseeing a variety of managerial and administrative duties in the general practice while working closely with the operations managers to ensure the smooth operation of day-to-day processes. Your role is to foster a pleasant, safe, and productive work environment with minimal stress, so a supportive motivating nature is required.

Prioritizes quality service, retention, and customer satisfaction of patients.
Take patient complaints in stride, provide follow up notices to ensure feedback and patient resolution.
Ensure optimal scheduling for patient appointments for doctors.
Treatment planning and explanation of procedures.
Accounts and receivable, cash and payments reconciliation at the end of day.
Maintains a high level of quality, accuracy, and neatness in work.
Expected to coach, train, and supervise ALL staff in your office.
Work with HR to assess, investigate and resolve employee issues.
Procedural compliance for OSHA and HIPAA.
Support and enforce policies and procedures of the office.
Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs.
Complete and submit employee records to HR, payroll and other appropriate departments.
Establish and maintain collaborative working relationships within the organization to achieve goals.
Follow established procedures but also be able to think outside the box when last minute additions and patients arise.
Dentrix software experience preferred
Bilingual (English + Spanish)

Experience:
At least 2 years of Dental Office Management experience
Dentrix Software knowledge
Proven experience as an Office manager
