Cow Hollow's rapidly expanding, state-of-the-art practice is seeking an experienced associate. We seek someone who desires to provide the highest level of patient care
Responsibilities:
- Patient management
- Diagnose and treat patients to achieve excellent results within estimated treatment time with maximum attention to patient comfort.
- Deliver the highest quality of care to all patients.
- Deliver treatment plans to patients along with an informed consent discussion surrounding treatment options.
- Understand the practice mission, long-term business plan, and short-term goals.
- Develop specific approaches to attract a constant influx of new patients and retain patients of record.
- Maintain a relationship with practitioners in the community.
- Participate in regular provider meetings. Study group set up.
- Share information obtained in seminars and educational courses.
- Willingness to participate in community functions.
- Must be licensed to practice in California and have met all applicable state requirements.
- Ability to discuss dental needs with patients or patient representatives in an objective and pleasant manner.
- Ability to work with staff and convey requirements in a professional style.
- Must have graduated from an ADA accredited dental school.
- 2-3 days a week position (Monday, Tuesday, Saturday to start with)
Technology:
PRIME SCAN CAD-CAM, I-TERO, Soft Tissue Laser, Electrosurgery, Digital X-ray, Intraoral camera, Fully Digital charting office.
We will want to do a working interview prior to this date for a week or two. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking for a long-term dental home.

Pay: $700.00 - $2,500.00 per day
