Position Summary:
The hygienist performs assessments and dental cleanings, takes digital x-rays, sterilizes instruments, posts treatment and clinical notes to patient records. The hygienist provides patients with ongoing preventive oral care through patient education, treatment and reinforcement of the doctor’s treatment plan. Most appoints are one hour to allow adequate time with each patient. The hygienist adheres to all required health and OSHA regulations.
