Job Overview:
As our Dental Office Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our practice. The ideal candidate has great leadership skills with 2-3 years of successful dental practice management experience, a passion for fostering a positive work culture, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities while driving continuous growth and improvement. You will oversee daily administrative operations, staff management, patient relations, financials, and more, all while ensuring the highest level of service and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
? Administrative Oversight: Manage office operations, including scheduling, patient
communications, and front office tasks.
? Staff Management: Supervise, train, and support office staff, fostering a collaborative
and efficient team environment.
? Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, accounts receivable, billing, and insurance
claim processes to ensure financial goals are met. Prepare financial reports, track
expenses, and manage financial records identifying areas for improvement.
? Patient Relations: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive
experience for every patient.
? Schedule Management: Optimize the dentist and orthodontist schedule for maximum
productivity and patient satisfaction in conjunction with our scheduling coordinator.
? Regulatory Compliance: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of dental industry regulations
and ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and other regulatory standards.
? Inventory & Vendor Management: Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor
relationships to ensure smooth operations in conjunction with our lead assistant and
hygienist.
? Marketing & Outreach: Develop and oversee marketing initiatives and outreach efforts
to grow the practice and attract new patients.
? Facility Maintenance: Oversee facility upkeep, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming
environment for both staff and patients.
? Professional Development: Encourage continuous learning and development among
staff, supporting a culture of growth and excellence.
? Strategic Planning: Work with leadership on long-term planning and practice
development to ensure sustainable growth.
Qualifications:
? 2-3 years of experience as a Dental Office Manager in a fast-paced, high-quality
practice.
? Strong servant leadership approach with a passion for supporting and empowering
team members.
? Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
? Proficient with dental office management software and general computer skills.
? Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with
patients and staff professionally and effectively.
? Knowledge of dental industry regulations and best practices for compliance.
? A strong ownership mentality with a proactive, results-driven attitude.
? A Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is preferred, but not
required.

Pay: $30.00 - $32.00 per hour
