Revive Implant + Cosmetic Dentistry is a private practice in Mt. Juliet, TN looking to hire a full time Registered Dental Hygienist. This position is for a driven individual who wants to expand their skillset beyond the normal boundaries of dental hygiene. The main traits we are seeking is an individual who is driven, has a desire to learn, and is a great personality/culture fit within the team.
In our practice you will be trained in photography, digital impression scans, CBCT interpretation, and effective communication skills. The ultimate goal is to help patients understand and value the treatment recommendations that are made. It is our belief the best way to help patients achieve this is by helping them see what we see via photography and meeting them where they are via effective communication.
Our practice invests in the growth of our team members on a consistent basis. Each month we block off one afternoon, with no patients, for paid team training. Clinically, you will learn about dental implants, clear aligners, and sleep apnea among other things. The goal is for our hygienists to feel confident in answering any questions that patients may have. We also attend off site CE events on a regular basis. In addition to training, we will conduct regular check ins with individual team members to constantly assess how things are going both personally and professionally within the practice.
To recap, we are seeking a RDH who is driven, has a desire to learn, and is a great personality/culture fit. Our opening is due to a current hygienist moving out of state.
