Dental Hygienist Position Available

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality dental hygiene care, including oral prophylaxis, scaling, root planing, and patient education.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and the importance of preventive dental care.
- Educate patients on the benefits of clear aligner therapy to prevent disease caused by malocclusion.
- Utilize advanced dental technology to enhance patient care and treatment outcomes.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Qualifications:
- Valid state licensure as a Dental Hygienist.
- Proven experience in a dental hygiene role (new graduates are also encouraged to apply).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
- Proficiency with dental hygiene instruments and technology.

Pay rate:
Single column hygiene day: $42 - 46 (+ bonus)
Double Column hygiene day: $44 - 48 (+bonus)
(These are the base rates that are determined through a tiered production structure. This does not include the additional bonus program benefits)
Hours needed:
Mon: 8am-5pm, option of single hygiene column or assisted double hygiene columns if you prefer that pace and pay.
Thurs: 7am-3pm: assisted double hygiene with a break in the middle so the double hygiene is no longer than 3.5 hours at a time. Option for half day schedule as well.
Fri: 7am-2pm (every other week) assisted double hygiene column, whole day with a break in the middle so the double hygiene is no longer than 3 hours at a time.
**DOUBLE HYGIENE: we schedule 60 minute appointments that are staggered on the half hour. You have a trained assistant and new patients scheduled for 90 minutes (with no other appointments during 60 minutes of the appointment).
