We are seeking a self-motivated and experienced Office Manager to take ownership of front-side operations at our modern and well-established dental practice. You will work alongside a supportive management and friendly, experienced team members in a positive and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Patient Scheduling (Primary Responsibility)
- Take full ownership of scheduling to optimize patient flow, chair-side efficiency, and provider productivity.
- Coordinate appointments, follow-ups, and patient communications to ensure an organized and efficient schedule.
- Manage new patient calls and scheduling, ensuring a welcoming experience and smooth onboarding.
2) Treatment Coordination
- Communicate treatment plans clearly to patients and ensure understanding and comfort in proceeding with care.
- Handle insurance pre-authorizations and benefit verifications to streamline treatment acceptance.
3) Staff Management
- Oversee "complete front-office activities", working alongside the receptionist to maintain smooth daily operations.
- Maintain awareness of chair-side activities while managing a bustling reception area, providing on-the-floor moral support .
Reporting & Communication:
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports to provide insights into scheduling and operational performance.
- Act as a liaison between the front-office and clinical teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Familiarity with dental practice management software and digital systems.
