Position Overview: Dental Assistant

Responsibilities:
- Ensure adherence to clinical protocols.
- Assist dentists during a variety of treatment procedures.
- Manage patient flow and ensure timely patient care.
- Conduct patient education on oral health and postoperative care.
- Ensure dental instruments and equipment are sterilized and prepared.
- Maintain accurate patient records and assist with scheduling.
- Mentor and train new dental assistants.
- Order and monitor dental supplies and inventory.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient dental clinic environment.
Qualifications
- Working knowledge of dental procedures and terminology
- Experience working in a fast-paced and customer-centric environment
- Dental assistant certification
- Excellent communication, professionalism, and organizational skills
- Ability to work some Fridays from 8:00am to 5:00 pm
- Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodation
- If more hours per week are desired, we have options to work at our other locations. If willing to travel to Oldsmar and New Port Richey Locations. Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
