We are a multi-specialty private dental office that is looking for an Assistant to join our team. This is a full-time position, work hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm.

Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for dental practice locations.
- Calling patients to confirm appointments
- Assist Dentists with signing up patients for treatments
- Follow up with patients, stay in communication and help them to get their needed treatment done.
- Make sure that the financial policies as laid down by the owner are the only policies followed.
- Coordinate compliance for new practice locations, compliance testing at existing locations, office license renewals and permit applications
- Ensure practice invoices are accurate and paid in a timely manner, interface with vendors
- Build relationships and communicate effectively with all levels of staff both at the practices as well as corporate offices
- Ensure successful onboarding of new Doctors and Specialists including credentialing, scheduling and coordination of training
- Manage scheduling of appointments, meetings and interviews in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders; proactively identify and resolve conflicts
- Proactively support Accounts Receivable and Billing with insurance claims, engaging with doctors notes and narratives
- Communicate with patients to help resolve escalated questions and issues
- Traveling to offices as needed: Helping with front desk check-in/check-out duties, calling patients to confirm appointments, assist with signing up patients for treatments
- Special projects as needed - setting up new offices, managing logins, etc.
- Additional operational and administrative duties as needed
