As part of our growth strategy, we are currently seeking a talented Treatment Coordinator to join our exceptional team and busy office.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care.
- Coordinate treatment plans for patients, including scheduling appointments, obtaining necessary authorizations, and facilitating communication between patients and dental professionals.
- Educate patients on treatment options, financial arrangements, and insurance coverage, ensuring they are fully informed and empowered to make decisions regarding their oral health.
- Manage patient records and ensure accuracy and completeness of all documentation.
- Collaborate closely with the front office team to optimize office workflow and enhance the patient experience.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and courteously.
Requirements:
- Minimum of five years of experience in a dental office setting, with a strong background in treatment coordination.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in dental software Dentrix.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, demonstrating professionalism and integrity in all interactions.
