We are seeking an experienced, goal driven, team building, collaborative individual to join our practice as a Patient Care Coordinator/Assistant Manager. As part of our team, you are responsible for meeting financial performance and revenue growth goals while managing the day to day operations of the practice and ensuring an excellent patient experience by employing systems and processes which will result in patient satisfaction, patient retention, and case acceptance. Responsible for practice operations systems and providing support to office manager in all functioning areas, including all administrative support to the front and back office.

- Dental office operations including but not limited to case acceptance, insurance verification, claims management, A/R , A/P, patient records management.
- Being the liaison between the doctor, the patients and the clinical team
- Track practice success
- Ability to manage schedules for optimal productivity and efficiency
- Excellent communication, problem solving and leadership skills
- Internal marketing practices and external marketing
- Manage day-to-day operations of the office, including inventory management and maintenance
- Keep practice management protocols to ensure compliance with regulations and standards
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment in accordance with dental office guidelines
Requirements and Qualifications
- A service-minded, 5-star approach to patient care
- Open approach to learning and implementing growth strategies
- 3+ years of proven dental administrative experience in a private practice (REQUIRED)
- Associate degree or relevant experience
- Proficiency in utilizing Open Dental software
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of practice management protocols and regulatory requirements for dental offices.

This is a full-time position, pay will be competitive commensurate with experience.
