IMMEDIATE OPENING- PRIOR DENTAL OFFICE EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED!

We are a Private Dental Practice in Castroville that gives our patients a boutique experience in a warm and caring environment. We are seeking an experienced Dental Billing/Insurance coordinator to join our family atmosphere and join our team! We offer a 4 ½ day work week (Monday- Thursday 7:45-5:00 and Fridays 8:00-12:00) with no late nights or weekends! What's needed:

· Experience. MUST HAVE AT LEAST 3 YEARS EXPERIENCE . MUST HAVE WORKED WITH DENTRIX. We are a full service office that offers: Oral Surgery, Endodontics, Periodontics (Including Laser Bacteria Reducation Therapy), Implants, digital dentistry, CBCT, photography, Nitrous Oxide, dentures, Invisalign, Fotona Laser treatments, GLO Whitening and much more. Presenting Treatment Plans and Treatment Plan Acceptance is an important daily part of our practice so you must be knowledgeable, personable, outgoing and friendly.

· Efficiency. The current business environment dictates careful allocation of our limited resources. Applicants with organizational skills, ability to efficiently multi-task and prioritize responsibilities is a must.

· Emotional Understanding. Being able to read our patient's body language or phone voice to gauge their emotions is of utmost importance in cultivating a positive interaction with our office. Understanding the patient's fears and anxieties becomes crucial as we overcome their objections and concerns to give them a positive dental experience that will, not only keep them coming back as a life-long patient but will also ensure that they give their friends and family our name as a referral.

· Responsible and Reliable. With little guidance from the owner dentist, this person is working unsupervised and non-micromanaged, yet must produce administrative results. Intellectual, emotional and professional maturity are all a must for this position.

Job Responsibilities

· Scheduling. Manage, maintain, confirm and build the doctor's schedule and proactively build the hygienist's schedule, calling from the unscheduled treatment list and those that have fallen behind on their hygiene protocols.

· Billing. Manage Patient Payments (Collections, etc), Verify Insurance, submit claims and post insurance payments.

· Practice Communications. Answer all Phone Calls, Emails, Text Messaging, Social Media Messaging, and Website Inquiries.

Records Integrity. Constant Auditing of Patient Financial Ledger, Chart notations, notes, Maintaining all Patient Treatment Related Documents (EOBs, Financial Agreements, Lab Scripts, etc).
