We are a private practice group with 5 locations in the DFW Metroplex and pride ourselves on delivering top-notch dental care and creating a welcoming environment for our patients. Most of our offices have over 2,000+ five-star Google reviews and we are seeking a Dental Office Manager who shares our vision of excellence and is eager to contribute to the growth and success of our practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Patient Experience: Ensure every patient receives outstanding customer service from check-in to check-out. Promote a patient-first culture, resolve any patient concerns, and continuously enhance the overall patient experience.
  • Office Growth: Drive practice growth through effective scheduling, retention strategies, and collaboration with marketing efforts. Actively participate in achieving practice goals for new patient acquisition and revenue targets.
  • Team Management: Lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team of dental professionals, including front office staff, hygienists, and dental assistants. Conduct regular team meetings, provide coaching, and foster a positive work environment.
  • Scheduling & Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the office, including patient scheduling, staff scheduling, and ensuring optimal productivity. Ensure that the office runs efficiently and smoothly at all times.
  • Financial Oversight: Monitor office performance metrics, manage budgets, and oversee billing and collections to ensure financial health and growth. Analyze KPIs and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Compliance: Ensure the office adheres to all local, state, and federal regulations, including OSHA and HIPAA compliance. Maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotions, referral programs, and community outreach initiatives.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain an organized inventory of office and clinical supplies, placing orders as necessary to ensure uninterrupted operations.
  • Policy Development: Establish and enforce office policies, procedures, and best practices to maintain consistency and high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Dental Office Manager or similar leadership role in a dental or healthcare setting.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire employees.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for creating a positive patient experience.
  • Proficiency in dental office software (e.g., Open Dental) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets, analyzing metrics, and achieving revenue goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA, OSHA, and other dental compliance regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
